All levels welcomed! A 60 minute Ashtanga Primary Series flow, we explore the rooted fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga beginning with our Suyra Namaskara A&B Following into our set standing sequence before exploring our second half each week. One off location Saturday 25th October at Writtle Village Hall 18 The Green, Writtle, Chelmsford, CM1 3DU Looking over the beautiful green in Writtle Village Mats and props available, if you have a preferred mat of practise please bring along! All in person class passes can be used across all of my standard classes across multiple locations I offer.
