A creative Vinyasa Flow to stretch, strengthen & invigorate! Hosted at Patch Places Chelmsford 5-7 Grays Yard, Springfield Road Chelmsford CM2 6QR This is a beautiful private space which I will be transforming into a tranquil yoga space each Monday evening! Mats and blocks are available to use however if you would prefer to bring your favourite please do!
