We bring our next Groovy House of Yoga at the incredible Hotbox Events! Nestled in the viaducts in Chelmsford Town Centre we bring you the total vibe that is GHY!
Bringing Wellness to your night out! Allow your mind and body to vibe as one to the music as we flow to house music! Live DJ set thoughtfully curated to help to move, groove and vibe to beat!
With doors opening at 13.30pm we begin our 60 minute Vinyasa Flow at 2pm prompt, post flow we take to the dance floor! Enjoy a fun themed mocktail or cheeky cocktail at the bar, have a boogie to the continuing tunes with our DJ to enjoy a chance to unwind and socialise with likeminded people!
